Resumen
This paper explains how it was used a modified peer instruction and e-portfolio in an interdisciplinary course at Law School, Universidad Católica del Norte, Coquimbo, Chile. The course is called “socio-legal construction of institutions.” The interdisciplinary aspect of the law requires didactic activities that invite students to comprehend and reflex on diverse paradigms. In this case, from history, law, and sociology. The students gather various learning evidence in an e-portfolio. With descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis, it is possible to determine the significance of this innovation in attitudinal and procedural skills, but also in methodological aspects as a high level of motivation, a better understanding of contents, a new study method, and the development of soft skills.
