L’interpretazione dei diritti costituzionali alla luce dell’olismo semantico Alcune indicazioni metodologiche dalla filosofia del linguaggio

The paper addresses the problem of indeterminacy in the linguistic formulation of the constitutional provisions enshrining fundamental rights. The research will adopt some methodological indications from the philosophy of language, in order to reflect on how the external context might influence the legal interpretation of the content of the constitutional provisions. This choice, inspired by a certain ideal of methodological syncretism, is meant to suggest the possibility of an analogical transposition of some essential acquisitions of semantic holism to the scope of the constitutional interpretation.
