Abstract
Objective: This paper presents a health promotion action targeting adolescent workers at a Call Center, implemented during a specific internship for a psychology course. Case description: This action was implemented at a Call Center whose workers are teenagers between 16 and 17 years old, linked to a non-governmental organization in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul State that ushers vulnerable youngsters on to the job market. Conclusion: The reports in the literature, scientific output and the experience report show that the presence of a psychologist and the establishment of this setting offer young workers the chance of addressing their needs, difficulties, and skills, interacting with the working group in a healthy way while allowing them to express their individual views, thus enhancing their health.
