Assistant Academic and Researcher at the Universidad central de Chile, region Coquimbo. Holds a Master’s degree and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management. Her research focuses on innovation in university teaching and the development of innovation projects in health and nursing. She has published works related to health education and the use of virtual clinical simulation as a tool for meaningful learning. Her current focus aims to strengthen teaching through active learning methodologies that foster critical thinking, decision-making, and the development of new guided learning models in the field of health.
