Personal profile
I am a midwife and faculty member at Universidad Central de Chile, Coquimbo campus, with a strong interest in research on childbirth practices and maternal health. My academic and research work focuses on the humanization of birth, non-pharmacological methods for pain management in obstetrics and gynecology, and the development of innovative educational tools for midwifery training. I have led projects such as Sentir nacer.
