PhD and Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Chile. She holds a BA in History from the University of the Academy of Christian Humanism. Researcher and full professor at the Central University of Chile. She is a member of the Gender, Intersectionality, and Diversity Group (UCEN); the CLACSO Working Group "Universities and Depatriarchalization"; the Nucleus of Memories, Social Movements, and Artistic-Cultural Production in Latin America (NMMS, University of Chile); the Network of Women Researchers; and the Network of Feminist Historians. She is also a member of the theater collective Tarea Urgente. Her interests relate to women's and feminist movements, as well as social movements in the recent history of Chile and Latin America. Currently participates as a co-researcher for the Regular Fondecyt program "Older Lesbians in Chile: Sociodemographic Portrait, Life Trajectories, and Practices of Social Participation." Co-researcher for the Regular Fondecyt program "Political Construction of Irregular Childhood under the Military Dictatorships of the Southern Cone. Circulation of Discourses and Practices between Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay (1973-1990)"; Associate Researcher for the Anillo program "Organized Women in Araucanía: Social and Discursive Practices and Political Trajectories in the 20th and 21st Centuries"; Principal Investigator for the Fondecyt Initiation "Long Live the Feminism That Will Win!: The Feminist University Student Movement, 2011-2020." Among her publications, she stands out as compiler of the book "Non-Sexist Education: Debates, Challenges, and Projections in Higher Education" (Vol. I and II, Tirant lo Blanch-UCEN); one of the co-authors of the book "Históricas. Feminist and Women's Movements in Chile, 1850-2020," and one of the co-authors of the book "Mujeres en Wallmapu, Reflexiones y Resistencias." She has published, among others, the articles "Implementation of regulations on sexual harassment, violence and gender discrimination in Chilean private universities" (2025); "Perceptions on Law 21.369 on sexual harassment in Chilean universities" (2024); co-authored "Gender, bodies, territories and extractivism" (2024); co-authored "1st Congress for Non-Sexist Education in Chile: debates, proposals and repertoires of the feminist and dissident student movement" (2024), among others.
