The Center for Research in Socio-Legal, Criminological, and Ethical Studies (CISCE) is a scientific hub that serves as a national and Latin American benchmark. It is capable of linking academic research, social impact, policy proposals, and ethical innovations in the face of contemporary societal challenges. Its general mission is to promote the development of interdisciplinary research with high social relevance, in order to produce scientifically validated knowledge, strengthen social justice and fundamental rights, analyze contemporary transformations, and contribute to public policies based on the principles of ethics, human dignity, and inclusion.
